Holland Township has a contract with an outside deer service who will remove all reported deer
within 24 hours. All notifications must be reported through the Holland Township Police
Department. If you see a dead deer on a Holland Township Municipal Roadway please contact (908)
995-4670 and advise us of the deer location and any other information such as the closest
intersection and nearby mailbox.

Hunterdon County is responsible for the removal of dead deer on all County Roads within Holland
Township. Due to a change with Hunterdon County's notification procedure, there may be a delay in
the removal of reported deer. All notifications must be reported through the Holland Township

995-4670 and advise us of the deer location and any other information such as the closest
intersection, nearby mailbox, mile post, etc.
